I tried my first today. If you never had one, you have to try it! It's coffee made with very low acidity and amazing taste. They grind the beans in front of you (they have 5 different varieties available). After they grind the beans, they measure the water to precise temperature and pour it over the filter into a cup. It takes a few minutes, but it's well worth it. The barista insisted I try my first time in a glass mug and not to-go cup. I like a lot of milk in my coffee, but this coffee tasted awesome with just a drop of cream.
